29  | 秋七月癸未朔，皇太后懿旨：「娴贵妃那拉氏继体坤宁，先册立为皇贵妃，摄行六宫事。」丁亥，免福建长乐等二县上年旱灾额赋。戊子，谕讷亲等速奏进兵方略。壬辰，贷山东农民籽种银。免江苏宿迁上年水灾额赋。甲午，命高斌会周学健勘河、湖疏泄事宜。乙未，以山西永济等五县歉收，抚恤之。戊戌，德沛免，调达勒党阿为吏部尚书，以盛安为刑部尚书。辛丑，赈直隶青县等二十九州县旱灾。癸卯，阿里衮请减饥民掠夺罪，谕斥为宽纵养奸，不许。赈山东历城等二十九州县水雹等灾。丙午，常安论绞。 |
