58  | 十六年春正月庚子，以初次南巡，免江苏、安徽元年至十三年逋赋，浙江本年额赋，减直省缓决三次以上人犯罪。以上年巡幸嵩、洛，免河南十四年以前逋赋。辛丑，赈安徽宿州等州县上年水灾。癸卯，以江苏逋赋积至二百二十馀万，谕厘革催徵积弊。丙午，免甘肃元年至十年逋赋。以严瑞龙署湖北巡抚。辛亥，上奉皇太后南巡。癸丑，免经过直隶、山东地方本年额赋十分之三。自是南巡皆如之。壬戌，卓呢罗布藏札什等伏诛。癸亥，赈安徽歙县等十五州县旱灾。甲子，免山东邹平等县逋赋及仓谷。 |
