13  | 六月丁巳朔，令洪承畴仍以兵部尚书同内院官佐理机务。己未，以骆养性为天津总督。庚申，遣户部右侍郎王鳌永招抚山东、河南。壬戌，故明大同总兵官姜瓖斩贼首柯天相等，以大同来降。丙寅，遣巴哈纳、石廷柱率师定山东。免京城官用庐舍赋税三年，与同居者一年，大军所过州县田亩税之半，河北府州县三之一。丁卯，睿亲王多尔衮及诸王、贝勒、贝子、大臣定议建都燕京，遣辅国公屯齐喀、和托、固山额真何洛会奉迎车驾。庚午，遣固山额真叶臣率师定山西。甲戌，故明三边总督李化熙降。壬午，上遣使劳军。癸未，艾度礼有罪，伏诛。甲申，迁故明太祖神主于历代帝王庙。乙酉，铸各官印兼用国书。 |
