1  | 后唐清泰三年三月，翰林学士和凝奏：「天下诸屯驻兵士，望令太医署合伤寒、时气、疟痢等药，量事给付本军主掌，以给患病士卒之家。百姓亦准医疾令，和合药物，拯救贫民。兼请依本朝故事，诸道署置药博士，令考寻医方，合和药物，以济部人。其御制广济、广利等方书，亦请翰林医官重校，颁行天下。」敕：「所奏医博士，诸道合有军医，许及诸道补署，不在奏闻，馀依所奏。」 |
