2  | 天成二年三月五日，门下侍郎兼工部尚书、平章事、判三司任圜奏：「三京留守，诸道节度、观察，诸道州防御使、刺史，每年应圣节及正、至等节贡奉，或恩命改转，或讨伐胜捷，各进献马。伏见本朝旧事，虽以献马为名，多将绫绢金银折充马价。盖跋涉之际，护养稍难，因此羣方俱为定制。自今后，伏乞除蕃部进驼马外，诸州所进马，许依天复三年以前事例，随其土产折进价値，冀贡输之稍易，又诚敬之获申。兼欲于诸处拣孳生马畜，准旧制分置监牧，仍委三司使别具制置奏闻。」 |
