39  | 十二月己巳朔，徙沿淮巡检边军于内地。癸酉，以空名宣命金银符给完颜开赏功。辛巳，诏延安土人充司县官义军使者选人代之，量免其民差税。邳州民丁死战阵者各赠官一阶。归德、徐、邳、宿、泗、永、亳、颍、寿等州复业及新地民，免差税二年，见户一年，尝供给邳州者复免一年之半，睢州、陈留、杞县免三之一。 |
