| 40 | 先是永中舅张汝弼妻高陀干以诅咒诛，金主疑事在永中，未有以发也。会傅尉奏永中第四子彖，因防禁严密，语涉不道，诏同签大睦亲府事膏、御史中丞孙即康鞫问，并得第二子璋所撰词曲，有不逊语。家奴德格首永中尝与侍妾瑞雪言：「我得天子，子为大王，以尔为妃。」诏遣官覆按，再遣礼部尚书张、兵部尚书乌库哩庆裔覆之。金主谓宰臣曰：「镐王只以语言得罪，与永蹈罪异。」马琪曰：「罪状虽异，人臣无将则一也。」金主又曰：「王何故辄出此言？」瓜勒佳清臣曰：「素有妄想故也。」遂令百官杂议，请论如律。诏赐永中死，鄂兰哈、璋、彖等皆弃市，永中妻子威州安置。 |
