30  | 十一月甲戌，命忠武节度使王全斌为西川行营凤州路都部署，武信节度使大名崔彦进副之，枢密副使王仁赡为都监，宁江节度使范阳刘光义为归州路副都部署，枢密承旨曹彬为都监，合步骑六万分路进讨，给事中沈义伦为随军转运使，均州刺史大名曹翰为西南面转运使。帝谕行营：「所至毋得焚荡庐舍，驱略吏民，开发丘坟，翦伐桑柘，违者以军法从事。」命将作司度右掖门，南临汴水，为蜀主治第，以待其至。乙亥，全斌等辞，宴于崇德殿，帝出画图授全斌等，因谓曰：「凡克城寨，止籍其器甲、刍粮，悉以钱帛分给战士，吾所欲得者，其土地耳。」 |
