22  | 夏四月乙巳，幸东水磑。 王明言败江南兵于江州界，斩首二千馀级。癸丑，幸都亭驿临河亭阅新战船。 吴越兵围常州，刺史禹万诚距守，大将金成礼刼万诚，以城降吴。越初起兵，丞相沈虎子者谏曰：「江南，国之藩蔽，今大王自撤其藩蔽，将何以衞社稷乎？」不听，遂罢虎子政事，命通儒学士崔仁冀代之，总其兵要。仁冀，钱塘人也。壬戌，幸都亭驿，临汴观飞江兵，乗刀鱼船习战。 曹彬等言败江南兵二千馀人秦淮北戊辰，幸玉津园观种稻，遂幸讲武池观习水战，广州言窃盗赃满五贯至死者，凖诏当奏裁，岭表遐逺，覆按稽滞，请不候报决之，上恻然曰：「海隅之俗，习性贪冒，穿窬攘窃，乃其常也」。庚午，诏广南民犯窃盗，赃满五贯者，止决杖、黥面、配役，十贯者弃市。 幸西水磑。是月，教坊使卫德仁以老求外官，且援同光故事求领郡。上曰：「用伶人为刺史，此庄宗失政，岂可效之耶？」宰相拟上州司马，上曰：「上佐乃士人所处，资望甚优，亦不可轻授，此軰但当于乐部迁转耳」。乃命为太常寺大乐署令。 |
