13  | 开元十六年，帝自择廷臣为诸州刺史。许景先治虢州，源光裕郑州，寇Г宋州，郑温琦怪荩袁仁恭杭州，崔志廉襄州，李钇谛现荩郑放定州，蒋挺湖州，裴观沧州，崔成遂州，凡十一人。行，诏宰相、诸王、御史以上祖道洛滨，盛供具，奏太常乐，帛舫水嬉。命高力士赐诗，令题座右。帝亲书，且给笔纸，令自赋，赉绢三千遣之。帝诗云：「眷言思共理，鉴梦想惟良。猗与此推择，声绩著周行。贤能既俟进，黎献实伫康。视人当如子，爱人亦如伤。讲学试诵论，阡陌勤耕桑。虚誉不可饰，清知不可忘。求名迹易见，安直德自彰。狱讼必以情，教民贵有常。恤枨掖胬希抚弱复绥强。勉哉各祗命，知予眷万方。」 |
