22  | 初，保忠归朝，非其本意。及受命，图保吉，阴与之通。保吉复使人以契丹命诱之，许以重复王爵，永镇夏州。保忠心动，遣使表附契丹，契丹主授推忠效顺启圣定难功臣、开府仪同三司、检校太师兼侍中，封西平王，复本姓名。吕忠曰：「保忠之再入夏台故地，赵普之谋也。而保忠反与保吉合为边患，附契丹。普能知符彦卿之不可与以兵权，何不能知保忠之不可复归其州耶？」 |
