六年，楚昭王使公子囊瓦伐吳，報潛、六之役。吳使伍胥、孫武擊之，圍於豫章。吳王曰：「吾欲乘危入楚都而破其郢，不得入郢，二子何功？」於是圍楚師於豫章，大破之。遂圍巢，克之，獲楚公子繁以歸為質。
