53  | 是時，竭左藏舊物及諸道貢獻，乃至太后、太妃器服簪珥皆出之，藏，徂浪翻。珥，忍止翻，耳當也。才及二十萬缗，帝患之，李專美夜直，李專美本为鳳翔掌書記，时為樞密直學士。帝讓之曰："卿名有才，不能為我謀此，留才安所施乎！"為，于偽翻。專美謝曰："臣驽劣，陛下擢任过分，然軍賞不給，非臣之责也。竊思自長興之季，賞赉亟行，卒以是驕；繼以山陵及出師，帑藏遂涸。雖有無窮之財，終不能滿驕卒之心，故陛下拱手於危困之中而得天下。夫國之存亡，不專繫於厚賞，亦在修法度，立紀綱。陛下苟不改覆車之轍，臣恐徒困百姓，存亡未可知也。今財力盡於此矣，宜據所有均給之，何必踐初言乎！"帝以為然。壬辰，詔禁军在鳳翔歸命者，自楊思權、尹暉等各賜二馬、一驼、錢七十緡，下至軍人錢二十緡，其在京者各十缗。軍士無厭，猶怨望，為谣言曰："除去菩薩，扶立生鐵。"以闵帝仁弱，帝剛嚴，有悔心故也。 |
