1  | 書謂：吐血成升斗者屬胃血也，其餘咯血屬心，嘔血屬肝，咳血屬肺，唾血屬腎。凡有一概血症，總當先灸膽俞。 |
| 2 | 血痰灸其上脘。咯血喉中有聲，灸其天突。如五勞七傷，諸虛百損而患血者，灸其膏肓，弗可緩也。據管見，暴患之血症，實火為多，不宜輒灸；灸患之血症，虛火不少，用灸無妨，切須辨之。 |
| 22 | 天突穴結喉下二寸陷中，低首取之。任脈。凡喉瘡、喉風、哮喘、氣噎、肺癰、咯血、喉中有聲，針此穴。 |
| 48 | 膏肓穴四椎節下兩旁各開三寸五分。足太陽。凡勞傷虛損、肺痿、咯血、咳嗽吐痰、寒熱、四肢無力，鍼兩穴。 |
