22  | 先生曰：以易險非所較者，固已乖矣；以賢否非議者，烏乎可哉？客不聞王公設險以守其國有徳則昌者乎地欲得險勢欲參徳迫隘卑陋則無以容萬乘之扈從供百司之廩餼據偏守隅則無以限四方之貢職平道理之逺邇膴原申區割宅製里走八極而奔走正南面而負扆舉天下於康逵力士䪆而不敢取貪夫汗縮不敢睨者恃徳之險也襟馮終南太華之固背負清渭濁河之注搤人之吭而拊人之脊一日有變而萬卒立具然而布衣可以窺隙而試勇匹夫可以夆衡而號呼被天府之衍沃適為人而保聚此以地為險者也地嚴徳暢然後為神造之域天設之阻。 |
