| 145 | 尚書: | 王若曰：伯冏，昔在文，武，聰明齊聖，小大之臣，咸懷忠良，聰明，聽視遠也。齊，通無滯礙也。臣雖官有尊卑，無不忠良。其侍御僕從，罔匪正人，給侍進御，僕從從官，官雖微，無不用中正之人。以旦夕承弼厥辟，出入起居，罔有弗欽，小臣皆良，僕從皆正，以旦夕承輔其君，故君出入起居，無有不敬。發號施令，罔有弗臧，下民祗若，萬邦咸休。言文武發號施令，無有不善，下民敬順其命，萬國皆美其化也。 |
