後魏末，原州人豆盧狼害都督大野樹兒等，據州城反。州人李賢乃招集豪傑謀曰：「賊起倉卒，便誅二將，其勢雖盛，其志已驕。然其政令莫施，惟以殘剝為業。夫以羈旅之賊，而馭烏合之眾，勢自離解。今若從中擊之。賊必喪膽。如吾計者，指日取之。」眾皆從焉。賢乃率敢死士三百人，分為兩道，乘夜鼓譟而出。群賊大驚，一戰而敗，狼遁走，追斬之。
